We’ll decide together what level of support makes sense for you. There’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels appropriate.

My Approach Is Different

I don’t start with rules, rigid plans, or one-size-fits-all protocols.  I start with understanding.

That means we look at your current diet as it actually is — not as it “should be.”
We consider medications, supplements, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.
And we focus first on reducing metabolic stress, not adding more pressure.

Most clients do not begin with keto.
We start by reducing ultra-processed foods, lowering carbohydrate load gradually, and building clarity and confidence along the way.

Ketosis is a tool — not a mandate — used only when it makes sense for your body, goals, and life.

What Working With Me Looks Like

Working with me is collaborative, educational, and paced to support real change — not overwhelm.

You won’t be handed a rigid plan or expected to follow rules you don’t understand or believe in.


Instead, we focus on building clarity, confidence, and practical skills you can carry forward independently.

Sessions are conversational and individualized.


We address nutrition, metabolic health, and lifestyle factors in a way that respects your history, your preferences, and your autonomy.
